This site provides information on procedure applicable to all Indonesian
residents who wish to apply for a visa to travel to France.
This site is a part of the Embassy of France in Indonesia initiatives to ease
the visa application process for residents of Indonesia.
General Regulations

If you intend to visit only one Schengen country and if it is France, you must
apply for a visa at The French Embassy, Jakarta.

If you intend to visit several Schengen countries and the duration of stay at
those Schengen countries will be the same, you should apply for a visa at the
Embassy or Consulate of the first country you enter.

If you intend to visit several Schengen countries and you will stay the longest
at one of the Schengen country, you should apply for a visa at the Embassy or
Consulate from the country that you will stay the longest.
For Prospective Applicants
If you wish to apply for a visa to France, kindly read the information on this
site carefully. If you follow the guidelines listed on this site, you will be
able to submit your documents accurately at the Embassy. This will reduce the
chances of your application being rejected or delayed due to inadequate or
faulty submission of documents.

16:30 Monday through Friday. Kindly to schedule your appointment well in
advance before travel intended date during the high season on the following
months of April, May, June, and in the two months before the public holiday of
Eid Day (Idul Fitri).Please also note that application cannot be submitted more
than 3 (three) months before the date of departure.
Rescheduling (Individual applicants ONLY) is allowed at the latest 2 (two)
working days prior to the appointment date.
There is a Service Charge of IDR 60,000 (Include of VAT) for this service per
applicant. This is independent of the applicable Visa Fees.
The Service Charge needs to be paid at least 1 (one) working day before you
schedule an appointment. The Service Charge is not refundable and payable in
cash at any of the branches of Standard Chartered Bank throughout Indonesia.

Travel Agent:
Please note that insufficient or false applicant information
(documents and number of applicant in a group), may result in the visa being
refused and the Travel Agency black listed without delay. The Maximum numbers
of application for a travel agent, irrespective of group tour or individual
applicants are 30 applications per day. If there is any additional application
on the same date, the Travel Agent can not schedule an appointment but the
applicant has to schedule his/ her appointment on an individual slot and they
have to come directly to The French Embassy without the travel agent.
